This SD card shaped icon means the SD card is full.
You will want to make sure the SD card is not locked. There is a small slider on the card as seen below:
If the card is not locked, format the SD card using these steps to clear the error:
NOTE: Formatting the SD card will delete everything off the card.
Be sure to use SD cards that are 32GB or less, larger cards may not read correctly and will not save scanned images.
If the error still appears, try another SD card to confirm if the issue might be the scanner or the card itself.

- Press the Play button to enter playback mode.
- While in playback mode, press the EV button three times.
- Press the TYPE button to select YES.
- Press the OK button to format the SD card.
