My clock is too fast, or too slow

We're sorry that your Magnasonic clock radio is either running too fast or too slow.

If you've already tried re-setting the time and it still drifts, you can try resetting the clock's settings.

We have a video available to walk you through this process, and have listed the steps below:
 

1. Unplug the clock from the wall.
2. Remove the back-up battery from the bottom of the clock. You will need a small Philips screwdriver to open the panel.
3. Reinstall the battery,
4. Plug the camera back into the wall.

This will reset the alarms, presets and pre-set time. You will need to manually set the clock.
