My items did not get cleaned, what can I do?

Sometimes an item may be heavily soiled needs to be run through more than one cleaning cycle. To prolong the life of your cleaner, do not run it multiple times consecutively.

To improve the cleaning ability of your ultrasonic cleaner, you may want to add a jewelry cleaning solution such as Blitz Gem & Jewelry Cleaner Concentrate or mild detergent to the water in the tank.
