How do I fix my clock when parts of numbers are missing?
If the numbers on your clock radio appear to be missing segments, it can often be corrected by resetting your clock radio.
We have a video available to walk you through resetting a clock and have listed the steps below:
1. Unplug the clock from the wall.
2. Remove the back-up battery from the bottom of the clock. You will need a small Philips screwdriver.
3. Reinstall the battery,
4. Plug the clock back into the wall.
This will reset the alarms, presets and pre-set time. You will need to manually set the clock.
